Hiring Houston Apartment Locators
RentXYZ is searching for individuals who are looking for apartment locating positions. We have an abundance of leads and need help placing many of our customers into apartments around the greater Houston area.

Brief List of Responsibilities
1) Answer incoming phone calls from customers who are interested in an apartment search. After discussing their needs and wants agents then will compile a detailed list of apartments and email or contact the customers with those selections. There is an ongoing follow up process that we have that is proven to work.
2) We believe agents should schedule escorts on a normal basis with their customers. This not only helps educate agents in regards to apartments in the Houston area, but the closing ratio is dramatically increased.
3) We offer some work at home options, however, agents will have a weekly schedule they will abide by. This has shown to increase efficiency and apartment leases.
RentXYZ
We have developed certain methodologies that we belive increase our incoming phone calls and lead generation. Apartments around Houston pay generous commissions and we respond in kind.
We also have proven hiring methods to ensure future locators will be successful. We will make sure there is the right compatibility between RentXYZ and the locator.
All leads will be provided to you by RentXYZ. We strive to provide high end leads that most other locators do not work with. Of course if you develop your own leads we are happy to have your assistance. |
