Houston1Apartments is a locating company that services customers in the greater Houston area. Our locating company covers a very large area including Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, and Galveston, Texas. The majority of apartments lie near the Galleria and West Houston areas. 1) We will take your personal requirements and needs and give you some immediate recommendations. Our agents will then email you a detailed list of properties that may interest you. You will have access to a variety of floor-plans, phone numbers, and other information pertinent to your apartment search.
2) Before you start to tour communities that may be on your list of possible accommodations, we will call ahead and speak with leasing agents and managers about availability, pricing, and specials the properties may offer. Many times we are able to secure lower apartment rates compared to you touring the property on your own. Much of our business is based in their inner loop area of Houston, which contains some of the most luxurious apartments in the city. There are several Houston lofts for rent with stained concrete and hardwood flooring. You will have many options. If you are looking out in other areas such as for Cypress Texas apartments or in the Spring area, we can accommodate you in those areas too.
3) After you select the apartment of your choice all we ask is that you remember to include our company name on the application as well. Many properties also have our customers fill out guest cards. It is also very important that our customers reference our name on this important form too. The apartments pay us a referral fee for sending our customers to them. There are no hidden fees or charges for our customers.
4) Many apartments today are charging application fees, security deposits, administrations fees, pet rent, and pet deposits. These fees can add up. We are happy to contact the properties and relay all the fees that you will be responsible for. If you have a pet this may also further complicate your apartment search. Most of the Apartments in Houston, Texas have pet limits and breed restrictions.
5) In many cases our locators will personally assist you in your apartment search. Since we know the apartments, leasing agents, and areas, this will make your apartment search that much easier.
