The River Oaks area houses some of the most expensive homes in the entire country. The lots are tremendous in size and the homes are just as jaw dropping. The area is in the middle of the inner loop of the city. There are only a handful of Houston River Oaks apartments in the area. Keep in mind that several different areas lie within minutres of River Oaks and this can be a little confusing.
River Oaks contains two high rises for rent as well. The River Oaks Hi Rise has been in the area since 1973. Property is extremely rare and new apartments are expensive to construct and to rent in River Oaks.
